  The NH-U12S is the latest version of the award-winning Noctua NH-U12 coolers. First introduced in 2005, the NH-U series has become the standard choice for high-quality, quiet CPU coolers and has received over 400 awards and recommendations from leading international hardware magazines and websites.
• 100% RAM Compatibility
  With its slim design with a fin depth of just 45mm, the NH-U12S won’t burden the RAM slots even with two fans installed. This gives the user full access to the memory modules on all existing CPU sockets and ensures 100% compatibility with optional long heat exchangers or memory fans. *
• Classic 120mm tower size for excellent overall compatibility
  Standing at 158mm tall, the NH-U12S is short enough to fit most modern, mid-range or high-end tower cases. Measuring 125mm (including the fan and fan clamps), the cooler stays clear of the top PCIe slot on most standard ATX or Micro-ATX motherboards, ensuring optimal compatibility with multi-GPU setups.

• PWM support and low noise converter
  The supplied NF-F12 120mm fan with NH-U12S PWM supports automatic speed control by the motherboard. In addition, the maximum fan speed can be reduced from 1,500 to 1,200 rpm with the supplied low-noise adapter for quieter operation.
• Anti-vibration pads and fan clips for the second NF-F12 (optional)
  For users who want to achieve even better performance by adding an optional second NF-F12 fan to create a push/pull setup, the NH-U12S includes fan clamps and an additional set of specially designed anti-vibration pads that allow off-setting – adjust the rear fan by 5mm for improved performance.
